My husband and I bought a rental house in Queensbury 15 years ago. After the first tenant moved out we needed to have the inside painted. We don't live in the area so doing it ourselves wasn't an option. We met with four people for estimates. Bryan Park from Northeast Painting was one of them. I have used Northeast Painting’s services to paint four rooms in my house, as well as painting the exterior of my 200 year old home, in Hudson Falls. I am beyond pleased with every aspect of their work!!! In fact, every room they haven’t yet painted now looks awful, by comparison!! Bryan Park, the owner of Northeast Painting is simply a master of plaster. My plaster ceilings, once yellowed, cracked, and very tired-looking, now are snowy white, crack-free, and look as though a new ceiling was installed!! Their attention to detail in all aspects of the work are second to none. (I built jet engines for 30 years, so I know quality when I see it). There is no overlapping of paint: The trim is painted cleanly, with no overlap onto the walls. The walls, themselves, are now as smooth as the day they were first plastered. I absolutely could not ask for a better team to work with. And Bryan keeps me in the loop as far as budget is concerned, letting me know when we’re approaching our limits. He clearly explains all one needs to know about the work he’s going to do. He and his crew show up on time, and work efficiently and with dedication. They are neat, clean, respectful, and friendly. Bryan Parks, the owner of Northeast, was especially good at keeping us informed of his progress, as we are second homeowners and out of state. This spring was exceptionally wet, and Bryan was able to work whenever there was a break in the weather even on the weekends. The end produce is fantastic. The work was of high quality including the painting as well as the carpentry work. His carpenter replaced many areas of wood rot and the finished produce is better than the new. We made his job more interesting by adding additional work including staining a new fence and re-staining our deck.
The Northeast crew was conscientious and respectful of the plantings and flowers about the house. They were neat and orderly and left the premises as clean as before their work. We have since received many compliments on the fresh look of the house from numerous passersby.
